Thanks for JAN who cleaned the BMW play book for us. That's a draft n°1.
I've note some comment in red regarding my position.
Feel free to do the same for your position (or general) and we can discuss that in Lanzarote and finalise the doc.
That will be our first sailing goal.

Boatcaptain

Hi guys,

Good news: I have signed up a boatcaptain.He is very experienced on many boats including some experience on RC44.Norwegian and also a good allround sailor, so reserve if necessary on various positions.

He will be joining us in Lanzarote from 19 th Feb.Not before due to a commitment in the USA.

Martin and Frederik can get support when preparing the boat from the boatcaptain of the Portuguese boat and of Artemis; both are on Lanzarote when our boat arrives.

Something different:
I have been concentrating very much on getting the boat,truck,van ready for departure to Lanzarote. So not been very organised on the finacial side.I would like to start in Lanzarote with a clean sheet , so if I still owe anyone anything please let me know asap so I can pay by bank or take along to Lanzarote.

Details for sailing activity February

Hi All,
Please check the planning above to be sure that your sailing days and your weight target are correct.
We're just "on" that means that it's pretty tight and everyone must be focus a bit on that before arriving in Lanzarote.
Our trimmer will be Christian Scherrer called "BLUMY".
The positions on the middle of the boat still need to be finetuned and there will be some adjustment and test on the beginning of the session.
March 1st is a racing day.
Call me if there's any mistakes or problems.

Arrival for Lanzerote
Chresten is taking care of the flights to Lanzarote.
The plan is to be able to race in Lanzorote on Sunday the 15th
We leave Lanzorote again on the 1st-2nd of march

Tuning guide:
Chr. Monberg is to make a great (fast) form for the trim/tuning guide
Chr. Monberg is to make a great inventory list for all the sails
Chr. Monberg has the contact to NS-DK (So fare) but it could be one of the
trimmers later on!
B&G systems:
We have decided that we do not need the Deckman system at this moment.
Fredrik S and Martin will take care of the on water calibration.
The rudder angle measure will be put on again. (this is a great help for the main
trimmer).
Logistics:
Regarding logistics; Pieter is taking care of the housing
Chresten is taking care of flight tickets
